Sure Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Worked perfectly on drop off, super easy & quick. Upon pick up, followed the instructions as per the email but left hanging around & waited over 30 minutes for my car to arrive back. Driver blamed traffic at 7am? Which we saw none of as we left. Left slight negative feeling as to whether we would consider using again.

On arrival, service was quick and efficient - staff were friendly and helpful. On our return, however, we waited a considerable length of time (over 30 minutes) for our vehicle to be retuned to us without any explanation as to why. It was early hours of the morning, which delayed an already lengthy drive back home.

Perfect on the drop off. Had to wait 45 minutes for the car on the return.

The staff at both drop off and pick up were helpful and efficient. We were however disappointed that someone had been sitting in the back seat of the car at some point and left crisps all over the seat and also left a book in the foot well…. Not great.

Service was okay.

I waited 25 minutes for my car to turn up at car park 5 north terminal Gatwick airport while waiting I rang once to find out where my car was as I look to the road approaching the barriers my car was speeding down the road he has to slam the breaks on to stop at barrier not very happy about the way my car was being treated it is a £40,000 car.

Good drop off experience but a long delay before my car was returned.

On departure- we rang in good time before getting to Gatwick South. Our driver was late & we had to phone to chase; he seemed reluctant to let me check the bodywork at the time On arrival - similar situation. Both drivers friendly.

Not bad timing (about 20 minutes wait for pick up and return). Good price apart from the fact I had a ticket but the scan would not work so had to pay again to get out.

I chose park and go so I could drop my car off without any fuss or delay and again because my return flight was late I could just get into my car and drive off without fuss or delay. Thinking my car would be waiting for me so I’m could just jump in it and go, but this was not the case, I called to say we had landed was told to meet in the same place as drop off....... we waited in the cold car park tired for 25 minuets. I called again to get a grumpy reply of “I’ll be there in a minute” dissatisfied and disappointed thinking I should have just parked it in the car park because this is not what I paid for. Would I use you again?
